Client Solutions Architect/Sales CSA (Southern California, Northern California, Nevada)

Due to an exceptionally high demand to enter new and expanding markets, Janalent is looking add a Client Solution Architect to one of the most talented, fastest growing and progressive firms in the technology industry. The Client Solution Architect (CSA) is as strategic part of the Janalent sales team. The CSA is the lead technical resource responsible for determining how the Janalent offering will align with the business requirements and technology requirements of our clients and prospective clients. The CSA is responsible for providing the technical leadership around the strategic sale of Janalent Services and Solutions (Dynamic Data Center Solutions, Unified Communications, Collaboration & Business Intelligence and Migration & Transformation Solutions).

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience
  • Experience as part of a team selling consulting services
  • Established Enterprise Account relationships
  • Mastered the ability to develop and grow executive level relationships
  • Should have background in positioning solutions related to Microsoft technology. (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Migrations, Upgrades, Architecture and Design)
  • Deep knowledge of selling strategies, development of proposals, contracts, close plans, and statements of work for professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to identify the delivery roles required to deliver an engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to define the required effort for the delivery of an engagement

Responsibilities

  • Participate sales calls and customer visits
  • Develop a Trusted Advisor relationship within targeted accounts
  • Contribute to strategic Account Plans and deliver to them
  • On indirect sales - Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of services opportunities.
  • On indirect sales - Develop and maintain opportunities in a weekly pipeline forecasting
  • Understand, position, and sell the full portfolio of Janalent solution offerings.
  • Build compelling business cases to support proposals and identify return on investment, successfully converting opportunities into consulting engagements
  • Scope the effort for the solutions being proposed to a prospective customer
  • Responsible for the technical sections of any proposal or Statement of Work
  • Work effectively with Janalent's Channel Partners
  • Travel is required.
